Investor's Business Daily - Texas Instruments*, a maker of cell-phone chips, raised its low end of Q1 EPS forecast to 48-52 cents vs. views of 49 cents. It also expects Q1 revenue of $3.07 bil-$3.19 bil vs. views of $3.08 bil. Shares dipped in late trading.
