Ben Patterson - AT&T subscribers in a March survey griped that about 4.5 percent of their calls were dropped over the previous three months, and only 23 percent said they were "very satisfied" with the carrier. So why are so few customers ready to dump AT&T once and for all? (Hint: It has something to do with the iPhone.)
