Ben Patterson - Analysts estimate that an (unlikely) iPhone recall could cost a whopping $1.5 billion, although it's not clear what Apple could do to fix the antennas on all those iPhones once it got them. Instead, here's my suggestion to Cupertino for ending its growing PR nightmare: Just come on out, take a big bite of humble pie and say you're sorry. And toss in free Bumpers while you're at it.
